They are called Quick Response Codes, or QR Codes for short.

They are the same concept as UPC bar codes on products that clerks scan when you check out.

To use these, just download a free "QR Code Reader" on your smart phone. Then, once you have the app open, just point the camera at the QR Code, and they send you to our website or a certain page within it.
