Registration at the library begins Friday, June 1, 2012 in the Children’s Department and at the Argenta Branch. Online only pre-registration begins Monday, May 14, 2012. Readers may enroll in person or online anytime during the program.
Registration ENDS: Friday, July 27, 2012 by 5 p.m.
Each registered participant must have their own Laman Library card.
Registered participants may begin reporting on Friday, June 1, 2012. Reporting ends Saturday, July 28, 2012 at 4:45pm
Non-Readers may enroll in the You Read To Me program. Small children will be given a sticker for every three chapters read to them. The stickers will be posted on a sheet in the library. Non-readers will also receive special incentives throughout the program.

Report

Participants may report to the staff the number of chapters read in the children's department only once a day. Participants may also report online by following the links on this page, or at the library's homepage.

Lamanpalooza

An end-of-program party honoring all participants will be Friday, August 3, 2012 from 5:00 - 8:30 p.m. Join us for an evening of outdoor fun in the Laman Plaza.

Prizes

Prizes will be given each week to children who report chapters read. All prizes are given out at the discretion of the Laman Library children's staff.
All programs are free and open to the public.
